A pointer to an AST node.

Currently, this is needed because we only hold references to SyntaxNodePtrs, which know nothing about the type of the pointed-to AST node. This nice thing is that this allows us to allocate all of the SyntaxNodePtrs in the same arena (unlike if we used the typed AstPtrs).
