A pointer to an AST node.
Currently, this is needed because we only hold references to SyntaxNodePtr
s,
which know nothing about the type of the pointed-to AST node.
This nice thing is that this allows us to allocate all of the SyntaxNodePtr
s in the same
arena (unlike if we used the typed AstPtr
s).
